What I did
I worked across multiple Chubb Life insurance tools, from mapping user flows and wireframing through to detailed UI, prototyping and developer handover. Working within Chubb’s established brand and design foundations, I presented work through regular WIP sessions, including sessions with global stakeholders, and iterated designs around feedback, requirements and project deadlines.

Process
Each project began by understanding the insurance product, business requirements and the journey a customer needed to complete. These requirements were mapped into user flows and wireframes before progressing into detailed UI and interactive prototypes. Designs were reviewed through regular stakeholder WIPs, with feedback informing ongoing iterations throughout the project. Working within established brand and design foundations helped maintain consistency across products, while presentations and detailed handovers ensured decisions were clearly communicated through to development.
